Shipping, Returns & Custom Work

We aim to ship orders promptly and package every print with care. Because many of our prints and commissioned photography are produced to order, returns or refunds on custom items may be limited. If your order arrives damaged or is not as described, contact us promptly and we will work with you to make it right.

Photography Services

Bookings for weddings, events, aerial, real estate, portrait, and commercial photography are subject to a separate booking agreement that covers scheduling, deposits, deliverables, and cancellation. Those terms apply in addition to these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A and A Images is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our products and services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product or service.
